Throughout the years, we’ve developed state-of-the-art manufacturing processes for gear hobbing, shaping and shaving, and bevel gear generating. We also have experience with and state-of-the-art equipment for blanking, vertical machining, broaching, ID/OD grinding and thread grinding.
Our comprehensive quality assurance department includes a CMM and two CNC gear analyzers to aid in product inspection and reverse engineering of parts. We manufacture complete components and can also perform select manufacturing operations depending on your needs. Our capabilities range from large production runs to small quantity prototypes.
We work with ferrous, nonferrous and exotic materials, all in heat-treated and non-heat-treated states.
