Sprockets, couplings, and power transmission parts

We manufacture sprockets, couplings, and power transmission parts to meet your exact specifications. Sprockets are constructed from ferrous and nonferrous materials, including steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and bronze. They can feature ground, unground, plain, splined, or keyed bores—and be customized to meet other unique requirements, such as special keyways, non-stock bore, and tapped holes. Heat treatment is also optional. We also machine various types of clutches, couplings, and housings. We can perform spline or keyway broaching; drilling, tapping, and grinding of assorted shapes; and vertical machining of special shapes.
