The Adams Company Connects with Industry Leaders at World of Asphalt 2025

The Adams Company Strengthens Industry Connections and Highlights Gear Manufacturing Expertise at World of Asphalt 2025.

The Adams Company (TAC) attended the World of Asphalt 2025 in St. Louis, engaging directly with industry leaders in asphalt and heavy equipment. The event provided an up-close experience with industrial machinery, infrastructure solutions, and the vital gears and components essential to their operation.

Accompanied by Rebecca Brinkley from the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), our team explored the extensive show floor, meeting with prominent industry names and highlighting the critical yet often overlooked role gears play in machinery. Rebecca emphasized that while gears may not always get the spotlight, they are fundamental to operating equipment used in rock crushing, paving, grinding, and other infrastructure-related tasks.

During visits to booths of brands such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, and John Deere, we witnessed how their precision-crafted gears and shafts enhance the efficiency and reliability of these powerful machines. Each interaction reinforced The Adams Company's dedication to quality manufacturing, precision machining, and ISO 9001-certified inspection processes, ensuring exceptional performance under demanding conditions.

An important aspect of the event included visiting the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) booth, a significant occasion for The Adams Company as a new AEM member. This membership strengthens our presence in industry conversations and highlights our commitment to innovation and collaboration.

We also enjoyed relationship-building, notably hosting customer Deister Machine for dinner. This informal gathering reinforced our core values of authenticity, community, and integrity, supporting relationships beyond business dealings.

A memorable moment included a photo with mining celebrity Tony Beets from Discovery Channel's Gold Rush. Events like World of Asphalt foster community and collaboration, emphasizing gear's integral role in maintaining infrastructure. The Adams Company departed St. Louis with stronger connections and renewed inspiration for continued industrial innovation.
